Stayed here for a couple of nights and brought our dog. Communication was excellent before we arrived and checking in was easy. Great central location. The lift was handy too. The room was spotless and provided with toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and even tablets for the washing machine and dish washer. Very comfortable studio room. Gary the manager was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic stay here, location couldn’t be better and was greeted by the manager who was friendly, warm and professional. The apartment was high quality (beautiful en-suite!) and had everything I needed and more, felt like home in a different city. I especially enjoyed sitting at the table with a coffee watching the vibrant city from my window. Will be my go to accommodation when in Edinburgh.

I usually write positive reviews but need to share this one so people dont have the same issues Looks like a youth hostel and right above a bar open until the early hours, which is not mentioned anywhere! The lift was broken The doorway at entrance was always open and not secure. Students were using this area to urinate whilst they queued for the bar below and stood outside drinking. The emergency contact number provided nevered answered the call. One of our guests left in the middle of the night as had no sleep due to the noise! I've contacted them via email and phone about a refund just radio silence. Rooms smelt musky and all the equipment they advertise were not in the room. Other guests stayed at Premier in which was far cleaner, less noise, and better located centrally and closer to parking.

Really helpful and accommodating staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Great location within walking distance of everything. Had a lovely stay and staff were very quick to help us and get back to us when sorting check in / check out.

I stayed in a one bed apartment for two nights with my daughter who was there for an interview. The location is good and the apartment was well equipped but it is a noisy area. The morning we were leaving I went to get my prescription medication from the kitchen counter where I had left them the previou morning and discoverer them missing and nowhere to be found. I reported the matter to reception before leaving and again a week after my return and I am still waiting for management to contact me. I would not stay here again.
